Arts and Cultural Sustainability Arts and Cultural Sustainability Program facilitates convenings, conversations, and partnerships among intercultural communities. ACS provides capacity building and resources to cultural organizations to become incubators for new leaders. RISCA showcases the importance of these cultural traditions and narratives that bring people together through this program. Programs Atrium Gallery at One Capitol Hill Intercultural Connections provide support networks and programs Rhode Island Expansion Arts Program, a partnership with the Rhode Island Foundations and Rhode Island Humanities.
