State Arts Council Opens Applications for its Teaching Artist Roster

Providence, R.I.—The Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) announced today applications have opened for its directory of arts educators. The Rhode Island Teaching Artist Roster is a listing of artist educators and arts organizations who have been reviewed and approved by public panels to work in educational settings.

The Roster, listed on the New England Foundation for the Arts’ CreativeGround platform, is a widely used public resource for educators and individuals, who are looking to engage an artist for arts learning, residencies or projects.
