GOSA Drop-in Application Support Online
Join Mollie Flanagan, RISCA’s Policy and Artist Programs Senior Director, on Zoom to have your questions answered and additional support on your General Operating Support for Artists application.
A General Operating Support for Artists grant provides multi-year funding for Rhode Island artists to work toward longer term, self-identified goals in their art practice. Rather than being focused on a specific project, this three-year, unrestricted funding supports their artistic goals however they need. Grant funding could support things such as: the ability to set aside time to work on art making; art materials; space rental; technology; paying collaborators; research and experimentation; and marketing; documentation. Each year, three new artists are selected for this program.
