Agency staff members have been hosting meetings throughout the state where they want to hear from the public on best practices for their arts and culture grants. At this in-person event, RISCA’s Seamus Hames, Arts Education Program Director/504 Accessibility Coordinator, will lead the group to discuss changes, updates and improvements to the Project Grants for Education.
