Arts Educators
Our Teaching Artist Roster, administered by the New England Foundation for the Arts' CreativeGround, is a listing of approved R.I. teaching artists who have been reviewed by public panels and can work in educational settings. Once approved, they become RISCA-endorsed arts educators, and the Roster is a widely used resource by educational sites and individuals wishing to engage an artist of arts learning. Projects funded through RISCA's Project Grants in Education are encouraged to work with artists on our Roster.
Applications for the Roster are currently open. The deadline is on Aug. 1. To apply and learn more.

The online platform allows artists, creatives, arts businesses and culture organizations to create a profile, and connect with other artists, find resources and be seen by the general public.
The New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) hosts this centralized network for creatives in the six New England states.
Often, we are asked for a referral for an artist or artists, or creative business or organization, and we point anyone who asks in the direction of the CreativeGround RI Directory. Join this robust directory. If you are already a member, remember to update your profile. See R.I.'s arts educators roster.
If you need assistance in creating or updating your profile, you can schedule a virtual 30-minute meeting with someone from NEFA’s CreativeGround team. Office hours are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
