Ratha joined RISCA as the Atrium Gallery Assistant in 2024. In her work, Ratha assists artists with the preparation, logistics and installation of their masterpieces in the Atrium Gallery at One Capitol Hill. Ratha is also the Treasurer for the Cambodian Society of Rhode Island (CSRI), whose mission includes the preservation of Khmer cultural traditions. CSRI has an active youth dance troupe comprised of young people between the ages of 4 and 18-years-old, who showcase different types of traditional cultural and folk dances. CSRI is also an alumnus of the Rhode Island Expansion Arts Program.
